At the masterclass you will

• Learn massage techniques for the neck-and-shoulder area that help relieve tension in the neck and shoulders
• Study a head massage technique including pressing and gentle holding of specific points
• Master techniques for hand massage to release muscle tension and fatigue
• Learn how to massage the feet, working on active points and zones to reduce the feeling of heaviness

The workshop will be held with an invited model. You can also come as a pair and practice the techniques on each other — participation is paid per person.
