Healthy Back Masterclass

At the masterclass you will:

• Learn simple and effective massage techniques that help relieve tension in the back muscles after long periods of sitting, physical exertion, and everyday stress;
• Learn to work on the main tension areas: the neck, shoulders, the area between the shoulder blades, and the lower back, using safe and easy-to-understand techniques;

The masterclass takes place with an invited model — you will be able to practice on them. You can come as a pair: each participant pays and practices the techniques with their partner.
