Pioneers of Natural Winemaking in Serbia
Description
❗️10 July. Belgrade
What do wines that are unfiltered, fermented with wild yeasts, and made with minimal intervention by the winemaker have in common?
They either delight from the first sip or provoke debate until the last drop.
At this tasting we'll be exploring where marketing ends and true natural winemaking begins. What are organics, biodynamics, natural wine, and why some consider these wines the future while others call them a fashionable whim.
And we'll do this using examples of winemakers who began experimenting long before it became a trend.
