Ante Travizi

Ante Travizi is a Split native with a twist. A twenty-something from Split. He has been doing stand-up comedy since the beginning of 2016. Initially, he was a member of the Studio Smijeha Split branch. By the end of 2018, the collective Splicka Scena was formed, where he has been a resident comedian from its inception to this day. So far, he has performed over 1000 times across Croatia and the region.

At first glance, he appears charming and entertaining, but the opposite is true. He drinks espresso and has a short temper. He has a “mild” attention disorder. Unpredictable in every way. He even surprises himself. An eternal economics student who realized after just 8 years that it wasn't for him. He worked in tourism like any decent Dalmatian. He has a problem with authority and realized he must do stand-up because at least he won't have a boss above him. Food is his favorite topic of conversation and he is ready to argue about food with anyone, even your grandmother if he believes he has a better recipe. He probably does.

He draws inspiration from everyday life, primarily from family, friends, male-female relationships, and life. He has obscure observations and loves to involve the audience in his show, but not too much, because people didn't buy a ticket to hear what Mate from the front row thinks about everything.

His first show “Nit ora' nit kopa'” premiered at the end of 2021 and includes material from the first 5 years of his stand-up career and some new content that fits into that show.
