Open-air spectacle: Thievery Corporation on July 18 in Belgrade!

The world-class musical attraction Thievery Corporation will perform on July 18 at Luka Beograd, Open Air Corner, organized by the agency Long Play. The large American ensemble returns to the Serbian capital once again, after two major spectacles they staged in 2019 and 2024. Their two recent unforgettable appearances at Arsenal Fest in Kragujevac are also fondly remembered.

Thievery Corporation is an internationally acclaimed, primarily electronic duo formed in Washington, made up of Rob Garza and Erik Hilton. Known for a sound that defies genre boundaries, Thievery Corporation uniquely blends downtempo, trip-hop, dub, bossa nova, reggae, soul, jazz, as well as Middle Eastern and Indian influences, creating a globally inspired, irresistible sound.

Since their debut album Sounds from the Thievery Hi-Fi (1996), the band has built a reputation thanks to lavish production, politically conscious themes and impressive live performances, which they deliver with a rotating collective of musicians and vocalists from around the world. Albums like The Mirror Conspiracy, The Richest Man in Babylon, Radio Retaliation and Treasures from the Temple have cemented their status as pioneers of electronic fusion music.
