Sometimes we live, almost not noticing how we move. How we sit down, turn our head, raise our hand, what sensations are inside us, what feelings in the body at the moment.

Our body is always speaking - even when we are silent. It remembers what the mind has long erased, and can feel what cannot be explained in words.

Meetings where we will return to the language of the body. We will work with breathing, balance, attention. The body will become not an instrument, but a witness - to understand where you are at peace, and where it is gently worth changing the trajectory.
