Traditional Chinese Lantern Festival

The Traditional Chinese Lantern Festival will illuminate Novi Sad and Belgrade organized by the Balkanopolis Center for Modern Tradition.

A new exhibition that will light up these two cities for the seventh time will be set up at Sava Promenada in front of the Gallery in Belgrade and in Limanski Park in Novi Sad from January 28 to February 9 at the initiative of our artist Slobodan Trkulja, who has been working for years on cultural exchange between China and Serbia.

Festival Finale

The festival finale will be marked by the gala concert “SILK ROAD” by Slobodan Trkulja and Balkanopolis at Sava Center on February 7.

Entrance and Working Hours

• Entrance for all visitors to the Chinese Lantern Festival is free in both cities.
• Lanterns will be lit from 5 PM every day until February 9.
