Russian Film Festival - Serbia 2025
From October 9 to 12, the Russian Film Festival - Serbia 2025 will take place in Belgrade and other cities in Serbia. πΏπ₯
During the free screenings at the festival, five new films will be presented to the audience:
- π₯**"The Bremen Town Musicians"** (2023, directed by Alexey Nuzhny) - a family musical fairy tale based on the famous Soviet animated film.
- π₯**"Wormwood in June"** (2024, directed by Yuliy Bocharov) - a documentary film by an eyewitness about the strength of spirit and courage during the years of World War II.
- π₯**"He Didn't Serve Listed"** (2025, directed by Sergey Korotaev) - a war drama based on the story by Boris Vasilyev.
- π₯**"Luntik. Homecoming"** (2024, directed by Konstantin Bronzit) - an animated film about the cute alien Luntik, based on the popular animated series "Luntik and His Friends", whose creator was twice nominated for an Oscar.
- π₯**"Passion for Matthew"** (2023, directed by Sergey Ilyin) - a romantic comedy about the sudden love between Deacon Matthew and the daring artist Agatha.
Festival Opening
In Belgrade, the festival will open with the screening of the film "He Didn't Serve Listed". The opening ceremony will take place at 18:30, and after the film screening, the audience will have the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion with the director. π£
