From hockey on cold ice — to racing on scorching asphalt. We continue to follow the season's main sporting events and this Sunday we watch the legendary Formula 1 round — the Monaco Grand Prix.

June 7 will see the drivers tackle 78 laps of the championship's most famous street circuit. The narrow streets of Monte Carlo, the tunnel, the harbor with yachts, the famous casino and the near-total lack of overtaking opportunities make this round unique. Here the outcome is often decided already in qualifying, and any mistake can cost a place on the podium.
