Choir Party: Driving Spirits Away with Our Voices

Choir Party: Driving Spirits Away with Our Voices

This Saturday our traditional choral therapy takes on another important meaning: instead of reading spells and sprinkling salt in the corners, we'll scare off the supernatural with collective singing! Together with singer, teacher, and arranger Anastasia Modestova, we'll see what a choir is capable of when it comes to the otherworldly.

What we'll do

• Warm up your voice and breathe as if you've just escaped a ghost
• Experiment with sound, rhythm, and harmony
• Clap, stomp, move, and let your voice out
• Sing together, even if the last time you did it was at school

You don't need to hit every note, have perfect pitch, or have any experience. If you think you can't sing at all — all the more reason to come.
