Hansel and Gretel

Children's play "Hansel and Gretel"

Hansel and Gretel are not alone. Not when they are lost in the enchanted forest, nor when they are imprisoned, deceived, bewitched and confused. They always have each other and the whole world beneath their feet. A world that they will overcome. A world in which, after a long and difficult night and darkness, they will see the light. By reading and watching fairy tales we grow.

We open our eyes, face the terrible, the most terrifying things and phenomena, but also the most beautiful. We discover the world in its harshness and horror, but also in all its grandeur and beauty. Facing all obstacles and difficulties, they try, learn and succeed in overcoming them, no matter how frightening and insurmountable they may be.

And with them we grow too. We learn too. We believe too. And we succeed too. Because, together with all the fairy-tale characters, we also live happily ever after.
