Description
You're invited to the 3rd meeting of the IT Connect book club
You're invited to the 3rd meeting of the IT Connect book club, where we read popular science. This time we've chosen a book that's useful not only for personal growth but also for those developing as leaders and managing teams.
We're currently reading "Drive" by Daniel Pink. In his book he answers the question of what truly motivates people and provides many examples from work and business.
This is for anyone for whom team motivation is currently relevant and who wants to explore it more deeply:
- how people can be motivated besides money;
- why money often doesn't increase motivation and can kill it;
- why more money doesn't necessarily mean better work.
