What happens if you meet a stone not as a symbol, but as a partner for exploration?
This laboratory invites you to explore movement through contact with a natural object, with attention to the body and the surrounding space. We will work outdoors, allowing the sounds of the city, the wind and the earth to become part of the process, creating a space of presence in which movement can arise naturally.
In the program:
- gentle movement warm-up
- movement exploration with a natural object
- Authentic Movement practice with closed eyes in a safe space of attentive witnessing
