Pokret i grč - Vladimir Janić

Exhibition “Pokret i Grč” by Vladimir Janić at Galerija Kula, 5–22 November 2026.

Opening

5 November at 7 pm | Cetinjska 15, Belgrade

About the exhibition

The exhibition brings together photographic, painterly, and video works through which the artist explores themes of uncertainty, vulnerability, and violence. The works probe the boundary between the threatening and the threatened subject, as well as between the injured and the performative body, while opening questions about the origin of movement and the forces that set it in motion, their impact on the body or structure, and the traces they leave behind. Movement thus appears as a polysemous field in which the relations between control, resistance, and vulnerability are in constant flux.
