Help map: psychologists, psychiatrists, groups and open communities

We all sometimes need support. And actually, in Belgrade and Serbia there is quite a lot of it — it's scattered across different places and not always visible as a whole.
Together with the project «Просто говорить» we are hosting a meeting to look at who is out there, what they do, and how to find help — for yourself and for loved ones.
The project «Просто говорить» is a community project that is already four years old. It's a support chat, a professional community of psychologists in Serbia, and free crisis help for Russian-speaking immigrants. «Просто говорить» provides support to everyone who may need it, including fellow psychologists — because psychologists are people too :)

At the evening event psychologists will meet those who do and do not see psychologists. Those who help professionally, and those who help simply because they are nearby. Because support is not only an office and a session. It's also groups, communities, neighbors, chats, and people who just know what to say.

We'll discuss:

• psychologists and psychotherapists
• psychiatry: antidepressants — they are also a form of support
• support groups
• AA, AN, VDA — anonymous groups
• open communities in Belgrade worth knowing about

And an open mic — for anyone who wants to say “I'm here and I do this”.

Come and bring anyone who might find this relevant.
