Storytelling is sometimes called “cinema without cinema”: there are no sets or special effects—just a voice, a person, and a story, while everything else must come to life in the audience’s imagination.
The master class will be led by
Tim Tkachev—director and educator. A graduate of the Academy of Arts in Minsk, he has worked in theater and film and studied directing in St. Petersburg and Munich. He has worked in documentary theater and improvisation, staged productions in various countries, and led theater workshops and master classes in 10 countries. He has 25 productions, 11 camps, 3 festivals, and even a video game to his credit.
