Montenegro Phototreking invites you on a hike from Verusha with two route options—you can choose based on your ability and fitness level.

Route Options

Easy Route

• About 5 km along a wide forest road to a small, picturesque clearing surrounded by woods.
• There are some uphill sections, but no long, steep stretches.
• At the katun, you can rest, take a walk, or pick blueberries and herbs.
• The organizers recommend this option for families with young children and participants who are not in top physical shape.

More Challenging Route

• After the katun, the hike continues along the Crna Planina ridge.
• The route requires some physical fitness, but once you reach the ridge, it becomes significantly easier.
• The main reward is panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Transportation

• Transportation is included—an air-conditioned tour bus.

Required Gear

• Food
• 2–3 liters of water
