International artistic duel — the performance 'The Poet's Love. Three Voices'

13, 14 and 15 October the Belgrade audience will have the opportunity to see the premiere of the music-and-dance journey 'Dichterliebe. Drei Stimmen'.

The performance transports the audience into the inner world of three great creators — Robert Schumann, Clara Schumann and Heinrich Heine — united in the composer's fiery imagination.

Instead of a classical presentation, a special artistic duel unfolds on stage:

• Robert Schumann (performed by the production director Йована Стаматовича-Карича) finally gets the chance to perform his music, which in real life he could not do because of a hand injury.
• Heinrich Heine (performed by Карстен Шмидт-Херн, a renowned German tenor with an international career) demonstrates how his poems should truly sound, adding to the performance new lines specially written by Карстен.
• Clara Schumann (through choreography and performance by the young Russian dancer Юлии Арзумановой) fights to have her voice heard, stepping out of the role of the ordinary "muse" for which the two men compete.

What happens when the poet, the composer and the woman both consider their muse finally get the chance to speak at the same time? Find out 13–15 October on the stage of «Задужбины».
