Tanya Barnyak — an actress in the theatrical group metazero, a speech coach, performer and the creator of the project “Books on Pillows”. She has 15 years of stage experience and over 8 years of teaching. Her approach helps reveal the natural tone of the voice through work with the body, movement and breathing.

• work with breathing so the voice sounds free and doesn’t get tired
• release the body from tension through movement and relaxation
• work on diction, intonation, pauses and accents
• improvise and learn to feel more confident in front of an audience
