Meeting with Olga Romanova — book presentation "Spin the Bottle"

Ticket giveaway for a meeting with Olga Romanova in Belgrade

About the event

Olga Romanova — human rights defender, journalist, founder of the project Rus' Sidyashchaya, and now also a writer — is coming to the Balkans to present her book and, as usual, for a deep and candid conversation with her readers and audience.

Spin the Bottle is a book about a time that has already become history but continues to shape our present. It is about people whose fates intertwined with an era of great hopes, great changes and great illusions. It is about choices and the price one has to pay for them.

At the meeting Olga Romanova will talk about how this book came about, why she decided to write it now, and what was left out. This will be a conversation not only about literature, but also about memory, time, emigration, and how personal stories become the history of a whole generation.

Guests and format

Guests can expect a candid conversation with one of the most prominent Russian journalists. After the event you will also be able to get an autograph.
